Hello Jazz Green, I have been following your art blog for a while and hope the exhibition goes really well for you. I find the textures in your painting ‘Earthbound’ really fascinating and the more I look into it I begin to see a view of mountains and coastline or deep swirling oceans. It’s a wonderful piece of art, well done.

Sam, thank you very much for your comment on my painting, much appreciated – and thank you for following my humble blog!

i was really pleased to have some of my work selected for this exhibition as it’s a new audience/context for my art

re. your second comment – the painting ‘earth/bound’ (it’s quite sculptural really, but quite difficult to portray here) is 36cm x 36cm – the photo is a detail of the surface (think i will amend the post)
